Abstract A building management system (BMS) is generally defined as the ‘Brain’ of building. Building systems aid in improving occupant comfort and productivity and, enhance operational efficiency energy generation supply systems. This paper presents BuildCOM project which driven by industry customer needs. It responds to increasing demands for efficiency, comfort, safety buildings sector. The brings together academic researchers, industrial companies public partners, develop demonstrate an innovative first-of-its-kind software BMS automated auditing continuous commissioning. has three major capabilities, initial auditing, retro-commissioning Thus, proposed will design, development operation next builds up partly on online performance monitoring evaluation (ObepME) tool developed COORDICY be combined with a holistic process commissioning within solution. set tools under implemented demonstrated considering multiple case studies.
